Outside The Flags- An online petition was started recently to advocate for allowing surfing outside the swimming areas in Surf City from 10am to 5pm. The Surf City Taxpayer Association as an organization does not take official stands on issues that benefit some taxpayers over others; however we are sharing a link to the petition so homeowners can read it, and decide if you do or do not wish to participate.
