Vehicles were decorated, children and adults costumed, candy given out, refreshments and snacks served. The first Surf City “Trunk Or Treat” was a HUGE success in the crisp October night. Thankfully the weather cooperated and the turnout was large. Great job by the SCPD and SCFD.
Surf City Taxpayer Association sponsored Regina Halikas’s car for the first “Trunk Or Treat” event here in Surf City.
