From Surf City PD- Attn residents:
A resident received a call on Monday, Oct 13 from an individual claiming to be with the National Association of Firefighters and Paramedics, indicating they were based out of Santa Ana, California. The number the individual used was NJ based phone number 609-878-2043. When questioned further the individual hung up. This can be a potential phone scam.
